The Taste of Food

So I read in this book once that if you want to get the most taste out of a meal then you should eat one bite of one thing and then eat something else on your plate. If you don't do this then after the 2nd bite or so of the same thing, your taste buds aren't suprised anymore. What do you think? Do you eat all of one thing before you move on to the next or do you like to mix it up?

I don't know when it stared...but I have recently noticed that I take a little bit of everything on my plate in one fork full. It might sound groce...but I like it! (usually) Blends all the flavors together...MMMmmm good!

Well, certain things go together and certain things don't. If you take a bite of potato chip (Lay's originals are best)sandwiched with a Frito, it has a different taste--not really like potato chips or Fritos. I have lots of these food combo ideas, espeically when building sandwiches.

I usually eat one part at a time, saving my favorite part of the meal for the very end (so it's the last thing my taste buds remember!)
