Running Update

It's been about a year since I first started running. I'm 4.6 miles short of running 200 miles this year.:)I plan on running tomorrow and that should put me over my 200 mile mark.

On Friday, I ran with our track team at school. Well, actually I ran "after" our track team. I'm really slow, but it was fun knowing I wasn't the only one out there running.

Congrats My Friend!! It's wonderful to do some exercise on a regular basis. I'm trying to do that myself... Thanks for the comment on my blog and yes, Julia is getting REALLY BIG! We are heading to Brazil tomorrow night. I'll try to update my blog from there. We are trying to finish packing... Love you!

I wish I could say that i was running, but I am not. I should be though considering that I eat rice just about everyday. I hate to say that I have gained weight since being in Costa Rica. It makes me sad :(

P.S. Teaching is going better. I will try to blog an update. I am still learning as I go, but i think that that is the best way to become the best teacher that you can be. Thanks for the comment!

Well as you know, since leaving the farm, I try to follow the scripture... "bodily exercise profiteth little." Maybe a little, so I don't do too much. Only getting ready for mission trips.
